Green District / Eye The Beholder

Eye The Beholder

Green District set out to find talented local artists to help bring their empty walls to life at their upcoming Cincinnati locations. They came to me directly, asking for two custom pieces sized between 2′ and 4′ round. The brief centered on lush greenery and wholesome, natural elements, tying back to Green District’s mission of offering healthier fast food.

As I do with every project, I started with rough sketches to get my ideas down on paper before investing real time or resources. This particular concept won them over with its vibrant greens and a clear message about choosing healthier food.

Once we reviewed the selected mockup and locked the final illustration, I moved into the programming phase of CNC milling, which turned the design into something physical. The piece was built from wood, acrylic, and careful hand-painting with high-quality acrylic paint. Start to finish, from the first CNC pass to the final touches, the build took about two weeks.
